After successful completion of a written assessment or performance verification, an individual’s qualifications are tracked through the NCCER National Registry. These industry credentials give employers confidence in the craft professional's skill, knowledge, and desire for continuous professional development. They also provide the craft professional with industry-recognized credentials to help build upon their career field of study.

JOB SKILLS TESTING FACILITY
As most employers know, an applicant may have a superb interview, but can they DO the job? Do they have the skills necessary to be productive in today's manufacturing environment? Your company can now test the skill set of a potential hire right here at GCTI training facility. We offer a lab size unit where you can test an applicant's knowledge and get answers to the following questions:

Are your new hires knowledgeable of and proficient with the tools they will be using in the field?

How familiar are they with the instruments used in the field?

Do they know how to use a P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagram) to find an instrument in the field?
